If
you saw a confirmation screen after you checked
out, then your order went through. You can sign
in to your account and check
the status of your order, or if you’re
still worried and would like us to check
on it, email us
with your user ID and date of order. We’ll
respond to your email by the end of the next
business day.
I placed an order over the web, but I made
a mistake. How can I correct it?
Stop
what you’re doing and contact us immediately!
Call our Customer Service department at 866.849.1685 and
leave a message, or email us
your user ID, date of order and how you would
like your order changed. We’ll
respond to your email by the end of the next
business day.
What
is your backorder policy?
Occasionally an item will be out of stock. If a
backorder does occur, rest assured we will make
every effort to get your items to you as soon as
possible. Replenishment orders are received daily.
However, an item that is on backorder could take
up to 30 days to ship. Backorders longer than 30
days will be cancelled and credited back. All backordered
items are shipped at no further charge to you!
How
can I find out exactly when I should expect
my delivery?
We
can track your order if you email us
with your last name and confirmation number.
We’ll
respond to your email by the end of the next
business day. You can also go to the Urban
Blends Customer Service TRACKING page and check
on how to track
your
order yourself.
How
can I find out the ingredients and nutritional
information of one of your products?
You
can email us
the name and product number of the item you
are interested in, and we'll email the ingredients
and nutritional information

back to you.
