We'll ship your coffee, tea and specialty beverages within 48 hours of order processing, and we'll deliver anywhere... your dorm room, condo, beach house, bachelor's pad, summer home, apartment, split-level in suburbia, or worse case scenario, your office. Sorry, no P.O. boxes.

Free Shipping (when available) applies to items shipped to a single address, within the 48 contiguous states and applies to most items listed, unless specifically noted in the item description. Please inquire about rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Any freight quotes during the initial ordering process to addresses outside the 48 contiguous states are subject to a subsequent review and revision. Urban Blends customer service will contact you with the revised total freight before fulfilling the order.

BACKORDER POLICY
Occasionally an item will be out of stock. If a backorder does occur, rest assured we will make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. Replenishment orders are received daily. However, an item that is on backorder could take up to 30 days to ship. Backorders longer than 30 days will be cancelled and credited back. All backordered items are shipped at no further charge to you!
