Rinse a glass mug with hot water to preheat the mug.Brew two shots of espresso into the mug. Add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar to sweeten to taste. Add 1 jigger of Irish Whiskey. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy.

3/4 oz. chocolate syrup or sauce
1/4 oz. cherry syrup
1 shot espresso
steamed milk

Combine ingredients in a 12 oz. cup. Mix well and top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Brew one shot of espresso directly into a cappucino cup. Add equal parts hot chocolate and whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and cinnamon.

Ice
8 oz. cold skim milk
1/2 oz. vanilla syrup
1/2 oz. toasted marshmallow syrup
1 shot espresso

Fill a 2 oz. cup 3/4 full of ice. Add the other ingredients, mix well and tip with extra-dry froth.
